The Memory of a Dead

You're riding on a bus
Gone way home.
You're sitting on d window side
While staring at your phone.
You're on a long way trip
With yourself all alone
Rain drops tip to tip
As strong winds have grown.
You have traveled many miles
Passed lamp posts after another
A memory you remember every while
Is a memory of your loving grandfather.
Then there's cold wind around you
With the heavy rain that hits you, too
You felt the loneliness inside
But the warm memories kept you alive.
Too many cars have passed by
Too many people have walked on the lane
You stay sitting on the window side
Trying to forget all the pain.
